Great Food in Disneyland that Never Disappoints

Walt Disney famously envisioned Disneyland as a place that “will never be finished”, and with that comes ever changing rides, shops, attractions, food stands and restaurants. Here is a quick list of great food in Disneyland that NEVER disappoints and haven’t changed in years!

The Corndog stand on Main Street USA in Disneyland has been a tradition in our family since our first trip together way back in 2000. For over 20 years we’ve enjoyed grabbing a HUGE corndog, mustard packets, a bag of Lays and a Coke.

Nothing about this stand or corndog have changed in 20 years. They are still delicious, they always fill us up, and they remain an easy to share food option that is conveniently located on Main St.

Over in California Adventure we have always enjoyed sitting on the Wharf and eating the different options that they offer. While Lucky Fortune and Cocina Cucamonga will occasionally hit the spot, it is the bread bowls at Pacific Wharf Cafe that we go back to time and time again. The bread is soft and soaks in the Clam Chowder, Broccoli & Cheese soups and leaves us full and satisfied every time we visit. They also offer a seasonal soup year round that changes throughout the year. Our favorite seasonal soup has been the Wisconsin Beer Cheese soup that has been around in September/October during multiple trips.

Great food in Disneyland that never disappoints Lobster Mac

Keeping with the bread bowl theme, did you know that at the Harbor Galley in Disneyland, right across from the Haunted Mansion, you can get an off menu Lobster Mac’n’Cheese in a bread bowl?!?! This has quickly become a favorite as it is a little spicy and absolutely wonderful. If it is after lunch we recommend getting the Lobster Mac in a regular bowl, as they just get one delivery of bread at the beginning of the day (meaning that later in the day the bread bowls can be dry).

Last but not least is the Ronto-Less Wrap at Ronto Roasters in Star Wars Galaxy’s Edge. This is not only a vegan offering, but in our opinion one of, if not the, best food items in all of Disneyland or DCA! We’ve tried sharing it multiple times, but that doesn’t seem to work out as neither of us likes to share it. The toppings are crisp and always taste incredibly fresh. Don’t forget to grab a Tatooine Sunset Tea to wash it down with!
